Welcome to Transition from School to Work! I am looking forward to a great year and I hope you are as excited as I am about this class. The TSW course focuses on post-secondary outcomes (after high school). The TSW staff provide support that ranges from transition mentoring and career exploration, to assisting students with employment acquisition and maintenance, or assisting students with college and financial aid applications. In order for this course to be successful, the TSW program depends on your commitment to YOUR future. I am here to help, so do not hesitate to contact me with your questions or concerns.

About Mrs. Carleen Hoscheidt
My name is Mrs. Hoscheidt and I started with Deer Valley Unified School District in 2015.
I am originally from the Bay Area and moved to Arizona in the mid 90s. I graduated from high school in Tucson and went to ASU where I received my Bachelors in Special Education.
I am married and I have a son who keeps us busy with all of his activities and his wild imagination.
I look forward to collaborating with all parent(s)/guardian(s) to make sure the school year is successful!
